Your Impact

As a P&C Business Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to leaders and teams, playing a pivotal role in fostering an engaged, high performing workforce. Your expertise will help shape Darebin as an employer of choice.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with leaders to provide strategic HR advice and solutions
  • Manage and support organisational change, job design, performance and people management processes.
  • Manage and advise on employee and industrial relations matters at an operational level.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, legislation and best HR practice.
  • Champion a culture of collaboration with teams to build a culture of continuous improvement

About You

  • You are a skilled HR professional with at least 5 years' experience in business partnering which includes significant experience in navigating complex ER/IR landscapes
  • You will have experience coaching managers and case management
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • You have strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive and collaborative mindset taking initiative and work well with others to solve problems to achieve organisational outcomes.
  • You thrive in dynamic environments and are solutions focused.
