Job description:

We're looking for a Senior Development Marketing Manager to join our Development Marketing team at Stockland on a 12-month contract. This is a chance for an experienced property marketing professional with deep experience marketing mixed use property to make a real difference, to co-create and deliver thriving and vibrant urban communities.

Working as part of the Development Marketing team your work will directly influence how well these projects perform by developing and implementing innovative project marketing strategies and practices that genuinely connects with people and drives results. What you'll do:

• Lead acquisition and conversion strategies across Apartment assets, leveraging data-driven insights and creative campaigns to exceed performance KPIs and drive sustained growth.
• Champion strategic place positioning, crafting compelling campaigns that elevate the product in market and resonate with our customer.
• Lead development of all asset marketing strategies and tactics including project visioning, brand development, marketing collateral and renders.
• Play active role in design development of interiors along with the design and delivery of display suites.
• Oversee the Apartments marketing budget, ensuring smart allocation of resources aligned with revenue goals and business priorities.
• Embed first-choice principles into every touchpoint of the Apartment assets, differentiating our brand ensuring we stand out in a competitive market.
• Co-create high-impact asset and national campaigns, blending creativity with strategic intent to amplify reach and engagement.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to unlock opportunities and shared success.
• Lead community engagement initiatives, including events, sponsorships, and partnerships that align with the Apartments strategy and enhance local connections.
• Embed CX excellence across the portfolio.

About you

Experience & skills that count:

• 7+ years in property marketing within a mixed-use environment with notable success in engaging customers and driving Apartment sales
• Strong experience in strategic planning and implementation and a track record of delivering on time and on budget
• Experience developing integrated campaigns that successfully drive both digital acquisition and in-person visitation
