Licensed Capacity: 124 places
Hourly Rate: $28.28 – $34.83 (WT 2.1 – 3.4)

About the Role

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Full-Time Educator to join our team at Busy Bees at Wyndham Vale. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting children's development and wellbeing through play-based learning in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs

  • Supporting children's individual learning needs and interests

  • Building strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and team members

  • Creating safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environments indoors and outdoors

  • Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Busy Bees standards

What You'll Need

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)

  • Current VIC Working with Children Check (Employee)

  • Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications

  • Knowledge of EYLF and NQF requirements

  • Strong teamwork, communication, and organisational skills

  • A passion for supporting children's learning journeys
