Blades & Shades currently has a position available for an Office Administration Assistant for our Hervey Bay Manufacturing Facility. This is a very Customer Serviced based role and requires a high attention to detail. This could lead to a Full Time Position.

As Administration Assistant you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Interstate and local customers as well as our installation and sales teams. Admin tasks will involve product order entry, stock orders, invoicing and appointment scheduling. This position will ideally suit someone with a passion for customer service.

The ideal candidate will have;

  1. Exceptional phone manner
  2. Ability to work well unsupervised and as part of a team
  3. Good knowledge using the Full Microsoft Suite
  4. Strong communication and organisational skills
  5. A flexible and committed approach to work
