About the Role As the Senior Marketing Coordinator, you will take on a pivotal leadership role within the marketing team, guiding the creation and execution of high-quality content that aligns with company priorities and deadlines. Reporting directly to the National Marketing Manager, you will oversee key marketing initiatives, support team growth, and elevate the brand's global representation for a dynamic group of companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the National Marketing Manager to develop, track, and advance marketing projects, including task delegation, deadline management, and resolving challenges.
- Lead the planning and execution of meetings, events, and tradeshows, coordinating requirements, schedules, and contact lists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to implement marketing strategies, plans, and projects that align with business goals.
- Create compelling editorials, testimonials, and blogs for the company and its social media platforms.
- Drive the sourcing and creation of engaging social media content.
- Manage marketing fulfillment tasks, including direct mail, packages, letters, catalogues, and sales literature.
- Contribute to the development of branded advertising campaigns and support the team in content creation and coordination.
- Design and update marketing materials, such as price books, brochures, flyers, and posters.

Essential Requirements/What's on offer:**
- Fulltime permanent position
- Salary up to: $82,500 + Superannuation
- Qualifications in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing role, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
- Technically savvy with the ability to understand and promote complex products.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) – essential.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership experience with a confident, professional, and proactive attitude.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills.
