We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day financial transactions of our business. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and payments, and preparing key reports to support our accounting and compliance needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update financial records using accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks)
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, receipts, sales, and payments
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Manage payroll, superannuation, and BAS/IAS lodgments
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Work closely with the accountant to prepare for tax returns and audits
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
  • Maintain accurate filing systems for receipts, invoices, and financial documents
