A Sales Role That's More Than Just SalesWe're seeking a full-time Salesperson in Singleton (Monday–Friday, with rotating Saturday shifts). Starting as a casual during your 3-month probation, you'll progress into a full-time role where your efforts directly support the agricultural community.
This is your chance to do more than just sell — you'll become a trusted partner to our customers, helping them find what they need to succeed.
Helping Customers, Handling Stock, Growing ConnectionsIn this role, you will:
- Provide outstanding sales and customer service to local agricultural clients
- Load and handle customer orders (up to 25kg)
- Maintain accurate stock levels and visually appealing displays
- Work alongside a supportive team to meet store goals
- Assist with daily operations, including Saturday rotations
- Use basic computer systems to support sales and stock management
- Contribute to a safe, positive, and community-focused environment
To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
A passion for agriculture, animal handling, or veterinary science
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Bonus points for:
- A forklift licence
- Experience in manual handling and stock management
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
