Sales Manager
- someone who's equal parts people leader and commercial driver, ready to energise teams, grow sales, and make customers say

What You'll Do
- Develop and deliver a
sales strategy
that aligns with Rollie's big-picture goals - Set clear sales targets and KPIs, track progress, and report on performance
- Partner with Customer Care to create
omnichannel service standards
that boost spend, retention, and acquisition - Jump in on ad-hoc projects that support both the
sales strategy
and broader business goals - Manage the sales budget,
optimising spend across channels
for maximum ROI, and champion a data-led approach to understand the voice of the customer - Oversee
retail and wholesale costs
, ensuring spend is within budget, and that store schedules meet operational needs within
wage-to-sales targets - Recruit, train, and lead
a high-performing sales team, keeping them empowered, capable, and accountable - Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and brand teams to
hit sales targets
and deliver a seamless
customer experience
Who You Are
- Experienced:
2 to 3 years in a senior sales role, ideally in retail - Strategic & Hands-On:
able to see the big picture and make it happen on the ground - Creative & Analytical:
blending people-first leadership with data-driven decision making - A Strong Communicator:
