Finishes Foreman

The purpose of the Foreman is to support the Site Manager and the project delivery team in ensuring the project is planned and delivered effectively and efficiently in a compliant manner.

Specifics of the role includes;

• Supervision of all construction work and ensure all work is completed to meet the requirements of the Declared Design \ For Construction drawings and specifications.
• Plan, schedule and co-ordinate all services and finishes works in line with the project scope and programme to maximise efficiencies.
• Overall technical co-ordination and management of the services & finishes works, through co-ordination of design, programme and quality matters and in accordance with applicable specifications and NCC\Australian Standards.
• Driving a culture of HSE performance and compliance with employees, workers and trade subcontractors on HSE matters and risks.
• Driving a culture of QA performance and compliance with employees, workers and trade subcontractors on QA matters and risks.
• Managing the identification and actioning of any identified defects and aspects of non-conforming works.
• Facilitating the closure of CAR's \ NCR's identified during investigations and audits;
• Liaising with authorities, consultants and relevant stakeholders in all matters concerning the completion works.
• Minimum 4-5 years of construction supervision experience in a similar role is required.
• Experience supervising Class 2 multi-storey projects of $20M+ desirable.
• Australian work rights are required for this position.
