The Opportunity:
Located in Brisbane CBD, as the role of a Training & Relationship Manager, you'll play a part in our clients' success and work closely with our Distribution Manager to focus on supporting and training Advisers, and Administrators on the Netwealth platform and products.
This is more than a training role, it's about building confidence, trust, and long-term partnerships. From onboarding to first application, you'll ensure every adviser's experience with Netwealth is seamless, rewarding, and impactful.
This role includes interstate travel from time to time.
What You'll Do
- Be the go-to expert for training and development across existing and pipeline clients
- Deliver engaging, high-impact training sessions that bring our platform to life
- Support advisers in understanding and using Netwealth's products to grow their business
- Partner with dealerships to secure and expand their engagement with Netwealth
- Support the sales process for new accounts with enthusiasm
About You
If you have 3+ years of experience working with investment, financial, or superannuation platforms, and RG146 accreditation, you could be a great fit for this role.
You'll have the opportunity to showcase your client service skills while working closely with new and existing clients and wealth professionals. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement will be key as you support our Sales & Distribution team.
We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, highly organised, and excels at managing their time effectively. Being a collaborative and agile team player is essential.
