Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Production Assistant to join our growing team at frntlne. You'll keep our production engine running — managing calendars, deadlines, and shoot logistics — while also creating and editing vertical, social-media style videos in Adobe Premiere Pro.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced start-up, balancing organisation and creativity, and who's confident working with major brands like Google and Coca-Cola.

About Us

At frntlne, we are revolutionising the way employees in Travel, Retail, Hospitality, and Health, Wellness & Beauty learn about the products they sell. We offer a next-generation platform focused on ensuring maximum retention and recall of key product information and branding.

Our mission is to empower frontline staff by equipping them with the tools and knowledge they need to excel in customer engagement and sales.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Production Director with scheduling shoots and coordinating talent.
  • Assist the Video Editor in creating and editing engaging vertical training videos (Premiere Pro).
  • Support the content team with scripts, outlines, and shoot prep.
  • Attend client meetings and represent frntlne professionally.
  • Conduct quality checks and maintain organised project files.
  • Upload courses into our platform with accuracy and detail.

Key Competencies

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Experience with colour grading, motion graphics, or sound design.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong project coordination ability.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media-style content and vertical video trends.
  • A proactive, detail-focused, and collaborative approach.

Preferred Competencies
- Knowledge of scriptwriting, storyboarding, or camera operation.
- Experience setting up for a talk-to-camera shoot (lighting, camera, sound etc.)
- Experience with scheduling or project management tools.

Personal Attributes

  • A natural organiser who loves bringing clarity to complex projects.
  • Positive, adaptable, and solutions-focused.
  • Collaborative team player who supports both creative and operational needs.
  • Takes pride in their work and enjoys helping others succeed.
  • Fun, flexible, and not afraid to roll up their sleeves.
