Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Team Assistant to join our Product Team
The main purpose of this role is to support our Product leaders and their teams, so they can ensure the most effective and productive use of their time and attention can be focused on meeting key business and strategic goals.
As the Team Assistant you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational administrative function for the Product Leaders of the business, you will:
- Provide timely and professional support to the People Leaders, undertaking a wide variety of administrative, support and coordination functions working with both internal and external parties.
- Assist the People Leaders, undertaking aspects of their role i.e., diary management, meetings, and travel coordination.
- Arrange meetings as required including management meetings and other such meetings. May include meeting room set up and arranging catering.
- Coordination of events including celebrations and catering.
- Provide support and coordination of general office responsibilities.
- Reconcile and process monthly corporate expense claims, invoices and requisitions as required.

About You
This an important role with a strong emphasis on supporting leaders in providing diary management with the ability to work around conflicting task and priorities and in doing so exercise sounds judgment.
As the successful candidate we request that you have the following to be considered for the role:
- Analytical mindset and the ability to solve problems in an effective and proactive manner.
- High attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience of exceptional stakeholder relationship management.
- Effective time management of competing priorities in a tight deadline driven environment.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to proactively manage work.
- Confident in grasping new information quickly and provide support in a collaborative manner.
- With proficiencies in Microsoft Office, your relevant tertiary qualifications in administrative functions or related disciplines will be well regarded.
