Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Sourcing and New Product Development Assistant. The role is based in Sydney, NSW with some work from home allowed. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting sourcing and new product development activities, conducting research, analyzing market trends, assisting with contract negotiations, and managing procurement tasks. The role also involves collaborating with team members and external partners to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to analyze market trends
- Chinese skills advantageous
- Excellent Communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members and external partners
- Experience in Contract Negotiation and Procurement
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
- Previous experience in the beauty industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field
