The way that your role will make an impact at Ubank is: You believe genuinely that Australians need a smarter bank and you want to be on the frontline of introducing them to it. You'll be one of the critical gears that keeps our campaigns & content moving forward – on time, on spec and in budget. You will assist the Senior Producer in being the link between production, marketing and operations – enabling GTM to deliver high-quality, consistent and fun creative output that supports the bigger business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support in maintaining and updating the production calendar / Track & Manage workload across the studio / Assign tasks / Flag bottlenecks / ensure brief owners have visibility of stages / triage incoming requests
  • Assist in all phases of production e.g. pre-production securing locations, coordinating crew, on-set & in-studio logistics, booking equipment, drafting talent/location agreements, post-production collating feedback, QC support, admin maintain asset libraries, hard drive tracking, backups and master archives.
  • Assist with external vendors re. procurement contracts, payments & invoicing. As well as internal stakeholders re. compliance, general requirements & on-set expectations
  • Help with inventory of studio / production gear and scheduling of use. Liaise with building management on internal shoot requirements / book meeting rooms & catering where needed. .
  • Produce regular reports to your manager re what's on track & what's delayed. Lead tracking best practice – expenses, talent usage etc. Help establish (and improve) workflows & templates to increase studio efficiency & ease.

Your Experience

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience working in advertising production / marketing / media. Or have so much enthusiasm that your 0 years of experience doesn't matter
  • You have a great track record with time management and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office package. Experience in Jira (Atlassian), Sharepoint & Frameio are a bonus.
  • Some knowledge of the finance industry would also be a bonus, but also not a necessity.
  • You've ideally worked in (or possess a strong desire to be part of) a start-up or scale up environment, where you'll be happy working with a high degree of autonomy, ambiguity and agility to get things done.
