expand both locally and globally, we're looking for a motivated, organised and

experienced Outbound Team Leader to join our warehouse operations team.

About the Role:

The Outbound Team Leader is responsible for overseeing all outbound stock

movements from Sabbi's warehouse including online orders, wholesale dispatches,

and campaign fulfilment.

You'll lead the daily operations of the fulfilment team, managing rostering, task

allocation, and performance to ensure every order leaves the warehouse on time,

accurately, and in great condition. You'll also help refine warehouse processes,

maintain SOPs and WHS compliance, and support Sabbi's continued growth into

new markets.

This is a full-time, on-site position located at our Gold Coast warehouse in

Currumbin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and allocate daily picking and packing tasks to meet fulfilment targets
  • Supervise and motivate the fulfilment team, fostering a positive & productive culture
  • Oversee online & wholesale order dispatches and ensure deadlines are met
  • Manage freight relationships and contracts (Australia Post, couriers, international providers)
  • Plan and execute campaign and launch fulfilment during peak trading periods
  • Work with the Stock Coordinator to ensure replenishment of pick locations

  • Maintain accurate stock records and participate in cycle counts

  • Ensure compliance with Work Health & Safety standards & warehouse SOPs

  • Report on freight costs, carrier performance, and distribution efficiency

  • Participate hands-on in fulfilment during peak periods or staff shortages

About You:

You'll be a natural leader with strong attention to detail and a "get it done" attitude.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy leading a team to hit targets.

Skills & experience:

  • Experience leading or supervising a warehouse or fulfilment team
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, including picking, packing, replenishment, and dispatch
  • Strong planning and problem-solving skills with disciplined record- keeping
  • Clear communication and team leadership skills

  • Experience working with freight providers and managing logistics

  • Understanding of WHS and safe work practices

  • Forklift license desirable (not essential)
