Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Global Infrastructure Services (GIS) Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Our client is looking for an experienced MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) Estimator. This role requires experience of working with a Consulting company.

Experience on Infrastructure projects are required.

This role requires experience and skills in the following:

  1. Proven MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing/Process) estimating experience across large infrastructure projects, like, roads, Data Centres, Water treatment plants, pump stations and/or similar.
  2. Front-end/pre-contract estimating exposure – feasibility-level estimates, options analysis, cost planning and benchmarking.
  3. Experience working client-side, producing estimate narratives, assumptions, risk/contingency rationale, and participating in design reviews.
  4. Proficiency in CostX, Expert Estimator, OR similar tools, with strong Excel/Power BI capability.
  5. Estimating or cost management, with strong exposure to MEP or process engineering scopes.
  6. Experience in building analysing blueprints, materials, labour, and equipment.
  7. Understanding the project's specific MEP requirements.
  8. Ensure estimates align with client estimating frameworks and cost databases.
