Securecorp is currently seeking Security Officers to deliver outstanding customer service and emergency response across our retail site in Figtree. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain broad site exposure, develop your skills, and grow your career within a well-established, national company.

What We Offer:

  • Award-based pay rates (SSIA Level 2–5) with applicable penalties, loadings, and superannuation.
  • Additional allowances, including:

First Aid Allowance: $7.09/shift

  • Attractive hourly rates, including:

Saturday: up to $43.17/hour

Sunday & overtime: up to $57.56/hour

Public holidays: up to $71.95/hour

  • Minimum availability requirement: 3-4 day shifts per fortnight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a high standard of security services and customer care.
  • Perform patrols, access control, and monitoring duties.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations with professionalism and calm.
  • Identify and respond to potential risks and threats.
  • Complete accurate incident reports and maintain detailed logs.

What You'll Need:

  • A current NSW Security Licence with Crowd Controller endorsement
