At Barbeques Galore, we're passionate about helping Australians come together around the flame. As we continue to grow our online and retail presence, we're on the lookout for a Fulfilment Specialist to join our Logistics team.

This role is all about keeping things moving behind the scenes – making sure customer orders are delivered smoothly, refunds are processed quickly, and our retail teams get the support they need.

What you'll do

  • Manage order and fulfilment cases in our Fluent platform (training provided).
  • Resolve escalations across Customer Care, online, and retail store teams.
  • Process online refunds and replacements in line with policy.
  • Monitor order queues, spot potential issues, and keep things running efficiently.
  • Contribute to reporting and help improve our systems and processes.

What you'll bring

  • 2+ years' experience in fulfilment, online retail, or customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills – you enjoy getting to the root of the issue.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills.
  • Comfortable using systems and learning new tools (Salesforce experience a plus, not essential).
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced retail and logistics environment.
