In this exciting role, you'll be at the heart of a fast-growing e-commerce furniture company, playing a key part in delivering a seamless experience for our customers. From processing orders in our inner-city office to coordinating with our warehouse team, you'll be part of a team that ensures orders run smoothly. You'll work closely with our friendly sales and marketing teams, sharing ideas and supporting each other to improve efficiency and delight customers at every step. With exposure to logistics, customer service, and operations, this is a hands-on role where your eye for detail, teamwork, and passion for customer care will make a real difference.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail — we'll teach you the systems you need
  • Coordinate freight bookings and manage consignments to help keep deliveries on track
  • Monitor delivery costs and help keep operations efficient
  • Help ensure smooth order flow for customers
  • Provide friendly and professional customer support over phone and email
  • Confidently manage inbound and outbound calls and emails
  • Carry out data entry and general office administration tasks that keep the team running
