Biocycle , an established Australian manufacturer of wastewater systems based in Warragamba NSW, is expanding into Queensland – and we're looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to lead the charge.

Are you a seasoned sales professional with deep experience in the building materials or plumbing industry? Are you a mature, self-motivated leader who thrives on building relationships, account management of our major accounts and closing face-to-face sales? If so, we want to hear from you

What We're Looking For:

  • You live anywhere in Queensland and are willing to travel extensively (up 70% of the time).
  • You're a self-starter who can work independently and has a mature, professional attitude.
  • You have experience in the plumbing, wastewater, or building industry.
  • You're a natural communicator who loves face-to-face interactions with customers.
  • You have a proven track record in sales and a hunger to grow new markets.
  • You take pride in following up, closing deals, and building long-term relationships.
  • Report on sales performance, market trends, and pipeline development

The Role Involves:

  • Meeting with builders, plumbers, developers, and property owners.
  • Quoting and selling wastewater systems, rainwater tanks, and accessories.
  • Providing product knowledge and after-sales support.
  • Attending site visits, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Reporting activity and results to head office in Warragamba.

What You'll Need:

  • Current driver's licence
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Confidence using CRM or sales tracking tools
  • Unwavering drive to succeed and grow our Queensland Operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
