Field Sales Represenative – Wastewater Systems

Biocycle , an established Australian manufacturer of wastewater systems based in Warragamba NSW, is expanding into Queensland – and we're looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to lead the charge.
Are you a seasoned sales professional with deep experience in the building materials or plumbing industry? Are you a mature, self-motivated leader who thrives on building relationships, account management of our major accounts and closing face-to-face sales? If so, we want to hear from you
What We're Looking For:
- You live anywhere in Queensland and are willing to travel extensively (up 70% of the time).
 - You're a self-starter who can work independently and has a mature, professional attitude.
 - You have experience in the plumbing, wastewater, or building industry.
 - You're a natural communicator who loves face-to-face interactions with customers.
 - You have a proven track record in sales and a hunger to grow new markets.
 - You take pride in following up, closing deals, and building long-term relationships.
 - Report on sales performance, market trends, and pipeline development
 
The Role Involves:
- Meeting with builders, plumbers, developers, and property owners.
 - Quoting and selling wastewater systems, rainwater tanks, and accessories.
 - Providing product knowledge and after-sales support.
 - Attending site visits, trade shows, and networking events.
 - Reporting activity and results to head office in Warragamba.
 
What You'll Need:
- Current driver's licence
 - Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
 - Ability to work with minimal supervision
 - Confidence using CRM or sales tracking tools
 - Unwavering drive to succeed and grow our Queensland Operations

Pay: $80,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
