About the Job

Pegasus Systems is looking for a driven, ambitious sales representative who's excited to help bring our SaaS solution to even more clients.

Reporting to the General Manager, this full-time position is offered as hybrid / /remote, but our preferred candidate will be Brisbane-based, with some in person collaboration time considered essential.

Ideally, the successful candidate will be someone eager to grow beyond a sales operator role and step into the path of sales leadership.

Things you will be doing:

  • Leading the full sales cycle — from prospecting, discovery, and consultative selling, through to closing deals.
  • Building trust with prospects by positioning our SaaS platform as the partner that drives business success.
  • Collaborating with Marketing, Professional Services, Client Services, Finance and Product to drive successful outcomes.
  • Developing account strategies and managing pipelines to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Providing feedback on market trends, activities, and industry needs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Championing the CRM system and preparing and presenting sales reports.
  • Working with the General Manager and Leadership Team on business and sales strategies.

About You

You will possess the following skills and/or experience:

  • 3+ years' experience in B2B SaaS sales or equivalent creative industries B2B.
  • Proven track record of achieving or surpassing revenue goals.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover client pain points and align solutions effectively.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and a data-driven approach to sales.

Creative Industries and/or Financial software experience or exposure would be a plus but is not essential.
