About the Role

We are looking for friendly, motivated, and energetic Floor Staff to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an entry-level role perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a team environment, and is eager to grow within the health, wellness, or fitness industry.

You will play a vital role in ensuring our clients feel welcomed, informed, and cared for throughout their experience at the clinic.

All training provided, no prior experience needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and manage front desk operations (check-ins, check-outs, general support)
  • Operate the POS system, process payments, and handle appointment bookings
  • Respond to client enquiries via phone and in person
  • Assist clients with our advanced recovery equipment, ensuring comfort and safety
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming clinic environment
  • Contribute to a positive and high-energy team culture

What We're Looking For

  • A warm, approachable personality with great communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to learn booking systems (training provided)
  • A genuine interest in wellness, performance, or beauty industries
  • Team-oriented, reliable, and proactive in helping out wherever needed
  • Available for part-time shifts, with both morning and evening shifts on offer (flexibility preferred)
  • Potential Sunday shifts to be confirmed upon.
