Bar Staff

Our restaurant is a neighbourhood-favourite restaurant located in the heart of Elanora Heights. We specialise in fresh, flavour-packed Californian and Mexican-inspired dishes, with a strong focus on great cocktails, warm hospitality, and a relaxed dining experience.

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate bar man to join our team If you love shaking up classic cocktails, interacting with customers, and being part of a supportive, fast-paced team - we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

- Prepare and serve a range of classic and signature cocktails (e.g. Margarita, Mojito, Espresso Martini, Old Fashioned, etc.)
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area
- Serve tap beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Support simple floor service when needed (e.g. delivering drinks to tables)
- Follow RSA guidelines and ensure safe alcohol service at all times

About You:

- Previous bartender experience is required (min. 6 months preferred)
- Confident in making a wide range of cocktails
- Holds a valid NSW RSA certificate
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
- A team player with good communication skills
- Available evenings and weekends
