About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Barista All-Rounder to join our café team. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee and customer service, can work in a fast-paced environment, and is flexible to jump between barista duties, floor service, and general café tasks.

Ability to grow with us and take initiative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coffee Preparation:

Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages consistently.

Maintain knowledge of grind adjustment, milk texturing, and latte art.

  • Customer Service:

Greet customers warmly and provide excellent table and counter service.

Take orders accurately and manage POS transactions.

  • Food & Service Support:

Assist with light food prep, plating, and serving as required.

Deliver food and drinks to tables promptly and professionally.

  • General Café Duties:

Maintain cleanliness of coffee station, tables, and overall café area.

Restock supplies (cups, milk, beans, pastries, etc.).

Follow café opening and closing procedures.

  • Team Contribution:

Work collaboratively with fellow staff and support kitchen/management when needed.

Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous barista experience in a busy café (minimum 1 year preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of coffee extraction, milk texturing, and coffee machine operation.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and occasional evenings.
  • Responsible, reliable, and proactive attitude.
