Perth, Western Australia Full Circle Partners Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Full Circle Partners are looking for a capable SAP BA Specialist with a background in SAP HR/Payroll. Our client is embarking on an upgrade from their SAP ECC6 Payroll system, to SuccessFactors (EC, ECP & Time/ Attendance).

Starting ideally in November 2025, with flexibility to start beginning of January 2026. The project is is aiming for delivery in August/ September 2026.

Skills & Experience:

  • HR/Payroll background, with project and user testing experience.
  • Knowledge of SAP HR systems, processes and payroll functions.
  • Knowledge of WA State Government conditions and agreement types (Not critical but a nice to have).
  • Preferred SAP SuccessFactors experience.
  • Developing Procedures, migrating HR team to new processes and practices.
  • UAT experience in testing system functionality.
  • Working as the focus support point for the HR & Project teams.

Our client offers flexible working hours, working 3-4 days per week.
