Your Role as an NDIS Support Worker:

As an NDIS Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing individualised support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting individuals with daily living activities

  • Providing emotional and social support

  • Promoting independence and community participation

  • Collaborating with a diverse team of healthcare professionals

  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Qualifications and Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Empathy and patience

  • Relevant qualification in healthcare

  • Willingness to undergo relevant training and certifications

  • A valid driver's license

  • First Aid + CPR (current & in date)

  • Working with Children, NDIS Workers Check and Police Checks (or willingness to obtain)
