Ray White Compass Group is looking for a bright and enthusiastic Junior Administrator to join our friendly, community-focused team.

No prior real estate experience? No problem We'll provide full training and support. All you need is a positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

What you'll do
  • Be the welcoming face of our office – phones, emails, greeting clients
  • Assist with day-to-day admin: data entry, filing, and preparing documents
  • Support marketing and team projects
  • Keep the office running smoothly with supplies and organisation
  • Learn our real estate systems and processes
