Based in Melbourne's CBD we are a dynamic and diverse team of Commercial Real Estate Agents. If you are a Residential Property Manager looking to move into the Commercial side of the business, we'd like to speak with you.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working alongside and taking direction from Commercial Property Managers;

  • Assisting Managers with:

  • arrears,

  • rent reviews,
  • maintenance requests,
  • ESM,
  • onboarding new clients and
  • other daily tasks as needed
  • Liaison with Tenants, Landlords and Contractors;
  • Working as part of an Assistant Property Management team

To be successful you will

  • Have 2-3 property management experience;
  • Valid driver's license;
  • Minimum of Agents Rep qualification
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to build strong relationships
