Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant / Receptionist to join our team and assist with customer service and operational tasks.

Overview

Reporting directly to the Office Manager, we are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Admin person to join our friendly team on a Full-time basis to work in an energetic environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong organizational and communication skills. About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls, manage messages, and respond to inquiries promptly
  • Take orders and ensure accurate processing
  • Follow up on staff cash sales, including payment processing via EFT
  • Liaise with the Accounts Payable team on internal accounts reconciliation and updates
  • File invoices and new account documents systematically
  • Prepare monthly folders for invoicing and distribution
  • Handle reception duties, including answering calls, managing messages, and assisting visitors
  • Maintain the product List and ensure it is updated regularly
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and document management
  • Other administrative duties as required

All About You

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in admin/customer service/reception is essential
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Care about providing exceptional admin and customer service
  • Sound understanding of MS Office and the aptitude to learn Pronto
  • Communicate effectively and appropriately
  • Take pride in your work and focus on excellent quality
  • Willingness to learn
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to monitor personal workload and manage own time
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
