Production Planner

Take ownership of the optimisation for production planning with a focus on availability, inventory cover, and freshness at the lowest planned production cost. Generate effective production plans and daily schedules to comply with raw material usage, plant capacity and demand requirements to maximise service level.

On any day you will:

• Develop schedules that reduce the amount of downtime through the determination of an optimum achievable production sequence
• Manage WIP materials and minimise write-off costs
• Collaborate with other teams around materials usage, availability, quality and despatch timings and quantities
• Create phase-out-phase-in plans for discontinued and NPD products

We are seeking a production planner with proactive approach to problem solving, end-to-end supply chain experience, and a team player.

You'll have

• Clear and concise communication skills
• Working knowledge of Excel, ability to work with pivot tables, look ups
• Ability to develop creative solutions to meet business needs
• Demonstrated experience of cross-functional collaboration
• Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
