We are looking for an
E-Commerce Operations Assistant
to support daily operations across our online sales channels, including but not limited to Shopify, Reebelo, and Back Market. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing, maintaining accurate listings, and contributing to a seamless customer experience.

This role suits someone organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce and warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage incoming orders across multiple platforms.
  • Maintain Shopify listings, including pricing, stock levels, and product information.
  • Process, track, and update orders from Reebelo and Back Market.
  • Coordinate and manage product returns, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Generate shipping labels and prepare devices for packing and dispatch.
  • Assist with cleaning, testing, and packing devices to ensure quality presentation.
  • Support general warehouse, fulfilment, and inventory tasks as required.

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify experience highly preferred).
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work under time pressure.
  • Reliable, motivated, and able to work both independently and within a team.
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy.
