Admin Assistant
Working full time from our office in Williamstown North, we have an excellent opportunity for someone keen to utilize their administration experience.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the following:
- Inbound & outbound calls
- Data entry - QuickBooks
- Maintenance/update of job book
- Collating invoices to be sent to customers
- Collection of overdue invoices
- Courier & travel bookings
Key Skills & Experience
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills, having a logical and organized approach to your daily operations.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Have strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize
- Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Excel and Word as well as data entry into a centralized system
- Calm, confident manner with a customer orientation focus - guiding clients to the most opportune solution by maintaining the relationship, giving focused advice and offering an excellent service at all times.

About the Company
Doormation's range includes a mix of standard and specialised doors and gates. Standard automatic doors range from automatic glass sliding doors to security gate and access systems.
