Role Description

The Data Specialist is responsible for collecting, managing, analyzing, and maintaining high-quality data that supports decision-making and operational efficiency across the organization. This role ensures data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility, playing a vital part in transforming raw data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and methodical, with a passion for working with data and improving information systems.

Key responsibilities include gathering and validating data from multiple internal and external sources, cleaning and organizing datasets, and maintaining databases to ensure consistency and reliability. The Data Specialist will assist in designing and implementing data management processes, data quality standards, and reporting frameworks. Qualifications
