Here's what we need from you:

• Qualified Cert 3 Air Conditioning Technician Refrigeration Mechanic RAC.
• Solid with residential Heating and Cooling installations and servicing.
• Great communicator and a team player.
• Reliable, physically fit, good with clients and takes pride in their work.
• Keen to work smart, not just hard.
• Able to use digital job management systems (we'll train you if needed).

Your Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain and repair residential and light commercial AC systems (ducted, split, evaporative etc).
• Troubleshoot and diagnose faults with accuracy.
• Complete quotes, job notes and paperwork via our job management system.
• Follow our SOP`s so that things run smoothly.
• Liaise professionally with clients and the office team.
• Provide quality training to our apprentices.
• Maintain van stock and keep your work vehicle and appearance neat and clean.
• Uphold our Core Values, Code of Conduct and add to our great work culture.
