About the role:

  • Support the property team on a variety of matters including acquisitions, sales, and leasing.
  • Manage settlements and transactions end-to-end via PEXA.
  • Draft, review and lodge property documents, contracts and correspondence.
  • Work closely with senior lawyers and directly with clients.
  • Role is part-time by design — ideally 3–4 days per week.

The ideal candidate:

  • Proven experience as a Property Paralegal with strong knowledge of PEXA.
  • Comfortable running property files with minimal supervision.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and confident managing deadlines.
  • Team player with strong communication skills and a polished, professional approach.
  • Suited to someone wanting 3–4 days a week, not a full-time role.
