About The Role
We're seeking a proactive and influential Process Manager to join our team at one of our Federal Government customer accounts in Civic, Canberra. This permanent, business hours role offers hybrid or flexible work arrangements, with the option to split time between the office and working from home.
Holding key responsibilities in establishing, overseeing, and ensuring the efficient execution of the overall service management process environment, you will work in close collaboration with the Kinetic IT crew and customer stakeholders to drive operational excellence in areas such as Incident, Change and Problem practices.
Confidence and influential skills are essential for this role, as you'll be responsible for embedding service management process updates and change, and introducing new ways of working across both the internal team and stakeholder environment.
Keen to get involved? You'll just need the following:
- Proven experience in managing and governing key ITIL processes, with expertise in effectively leading and coordinating incident bridge calls to ensure diagnosis, containment, and resolution of service disruptions.
- Possesses leadership traits and motivational qualities, to bring focus to inspire teams, foster a positive and high-performing culture, and drive collective achievements.
- Experience in managing and optimising ESM processes, including the design, continuous improvement, and practical integration of new or updated practices across operational teams to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Strong capability in documentation and clear written communication, adept at creating process guides, work instructions, and procedural documents for a diverse audience.
- A collaborative approach to contributing to organisational knowledge, openness to mentoring team members - sharing expertise, and diligently applying lessons learned to continuously improve service management and crew practices.
