Processed Forest Products, has been an industry leader in the supply and manufacture of timber veneer panels to the building and construction industry for the past 50 years and is based in Revesby in the South Western suburbs of Sydney. They seek a motivated and enthusiastic Administration and Customer Service person to be an active member of a small office team.
You will be involved in a broad variety of day to day admin, reception and customer support duties. This will include:
- Answering the phones,
- Admin support to the sales team, such as assisting with general sales inquiries,
- Customer service activities, such as advice on stock availability, following up on order status and assisting with any customer service issues,
- General office duties including entering quotes / orders into the system.
The person we seek would have:
- Excellent people and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently within a small team.
- Computer literacy especially with MS Office, it would be preferred but not essential for you to have had some exposure to any industry specific software.
- Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 4.30 pm, although some flexibility may be allowed for the right candidate.
Must have a Current NSW Drivers licence
Whilst Industry experience is preferred it is not a necessity to apply for the position.
