Delivering facilities at scale, with multiple active sites and more launching, we're seeking an experiencedSite Manager for our $323 million GemLife Lighthouse Bay project in Burnett Heads.

We're preparing to launch an exciting new site late 2025 / early 20265 and are currently seeking a passionate and experienced commercial construction Site Manager to join the team from day one.

You'll take the lead on site, managing a team of labourers, plant operators, and contractors to deliver the $20 million stunning commercial resort style amenities on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role is hands-on and dynamic, giving you the chance to drive real outcomes on the ground.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Site planning and documentation preparedness
• Monitoring build progress and providing feedback reports
• Ensuring quality assurance and ITP compliance
• Maintaining accurate site diaries and visual records
• Managing defects and holding trades accountable
• Building team capability and ensuring compliance
• Leading and engaging your team to get the best out of them
• Running weekly coordination meetings and reporting to stakeholders

You'll be a confident decision-maker, able to identify challenges early, resolve issues quickly, and keep projects on track. We're looking for someone with a trade background, proven leadership skills, and the ability to build strong relationships across site teams and contractors. If you're tech-savvy, love problem solving, and get satisfaction from watching empty land transform into vibrant communities, this is the role for you.

• QBCC Supervisor License is essential
• Extensive experience in Commercial construction
• Proven background managing sites efficiently taking into account the health and safety of the teams
• Current Drivers License
• Proactive and action oriented, someone who takes responsibility and delivers the agreed outcomes.
• Trade background essential, preferably in carpentry
• Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to make informed decisions quickly
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Someone who leads by example
• Highly competent in IT and software
• A professional who values quality, accountability, and teamwork
