We are currently hiring a Community Sales Manager to join our dynamic Queensland Sales team during an exciting time in the lifestyle community space within the Bundaberg region.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you'll take the lead on residential sales for a multi-year development that's set to shape the future of senior living in one of Queensland's most sought-after regions. With the backing of a strong brand behind you, this is a rare opportunity to be part of something from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead residential sales for a multi-year lifestyle community project, achieving monthly and overall targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive commercial outcomes.
- Manage CRM, contracts, reporting, and streamline sales administration processes.
- Represent the brand locally through events, sponsorships, and community engagement.
- Deliver exceptional customer service from enquiry through to settlement.
About You
- Proven experience in sales; residential, lifestyle community, retirement community, or project sales preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is advantageous.
- Approachable, patient, and passionate about helping people find their next home.
