Defence
. Together, we are a multi-disciplinary advisory and delivery partner of choice for clients across
Defence
and National Security.

We currently have an opportunity for a Field Service Representative in Brisbane to work on Land projects
.

What You'll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key role responsibilities including:

• On-Site Technical Support
  : Provide equipment diagnostics, fault resolution, and network troubleshooting across Defence sites and training areas.

• IBMS Installation & Upgrades
  : Install, commission, and upgrade IBMS hardware and software, including system integration testing and acceptance trials.

• Training Delivery & Exercise Support
  : Travel to user locations to deliver hands-on training and operational support during Defence exercises.

• Engineering Liaison & Product Improvement
  : Collaborate with engineering teams to report defects, suggest design enhancements, and support continuous improvement.

• Compliance & Standards Adherence
  : Ensure all activities meet CASG and Defence safety, security, probity, and technical standards.

What You'll Bring

• ADF C4I & Tactical Network Expertise
  : Strong understanding of ADF C4I systems, TCN equipment, and experience with IBTN, MPE, and tactical C2 applications.

• Network Diagnostics & Configuration
  : Proven ability to diagnose and resolve network, signal, and interface issues across virtual and physical environments.

• Technical Certifications & Trade Qualifications
  : Relevant tertiary or industry certifications, including RHEL, Cisco, and Army trade qualifications (ECN661/662/665 or equivalent).

• Field Readiness & Autonomy
  : Willingness to travel frequently, work in variable environments, and operate independently to meet project goals.

• Communication & Team Collaboration
  : Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills for stakeholder liaison, training delivery, and multi-disciplinary teamwork.

Due to the nature of the work, you are required to currently hold and maintain a minimum
Negative Vetting 1
or higher Security clearance as required by the Commonwealth. In some instances, compliance with
International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
requirements may also be an inherent requirement.
