About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Travel Consultant to join our team. In this full-time, permanent position, you will be responsible for providing expert travel advice, planning personalised itineraries, and managing bookings for domestic and international travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on travel destinations, accommodations, and transport
  • Design and book customised travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, tours, and insurance
  • Issue travel documents such as tickets, itineraries, and vouchers
  • Stay up to date with travel trends, new destinations, and industry regulations
  • Assist clients with visa requirements, insurance, and health information
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle queries, changes, and cancellations

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years' full-time experience in a Travel Consultant role
  • Advanced Diploma (or higher) in Travel, Tourism, or related field
  • Proficiency with GDS platforms (e.g. Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
