About the Role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Booking Consultant and CRM Administrator to join our team in an in-house role (no work from home).

This position will begin on a contract basis, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance. Alongside your base pay, there is also a commission structure, giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings when bookings convert into clients.

The main focus of this role will be handling warm leads and booking consultations. You will also manage our CRM, assist with administration, and contribute to social media content and advertising.

If you are confident on the phone, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have strong experience with CRM systems and digital marketing, this could be the perfect opportunity to prove yourself and grow with the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound warm leads and book consultations (primary responsibility)
  • Manage and update our CRM (Go High Level) to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide general administrative support across the business
  • Create and schedule social media posts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Assist with advertising campaigns and performance reporting
  • Support the team with ad hoc tasks as required

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in administration and booking/consultation roles
  • Strong experience with CRM systems (preferably Go High Level)
  • Confident communicator with an excellent phone manner
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Experience creating and managing social media content and ads
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn
