We're now seeking a
Recruitment Administrator
to support our client's Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) project. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where you'll help drive smooth recruitment processes and provide essential admin support from requisition to onboarding.

This position begins as a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the chance to move into a permanent role.

What you'll do
 

  • Manage the recruitment inbox and direct enquiries to the right team members.
  • Process requisitions, update the Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and assign roles to recruiters.
  • Coordinate checks: references, work rights, police checks, and documentation.
  • Track onboarding steps and provide updates to recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Schedule medicals and assessments in collaboration with external providers.
  • Support the wider team with admin, reporting, and process improvements.

What you bring
 

  • Experience in recruitment, ideally in mining or heavy industry.
  • Experience in admin or recruitment support roles, preferable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Great communicator who works well with others and can keep things on track.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems (or a willingness to learn quickly).
  • A positive, proactive mindset and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
