
Recruitment Administrator

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator join our People & Capability team. Reporting directly to our Recruitment Manager, you will support a broad range of Recruitment functions and play an important role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for HR who's looking to build on their experience in Recruitment and develop their career within a dynamic and fast-paced business.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilise Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ELMO to monitor candidate shortlisting and progression.
- Assist the Recruitment Team with the recruitment process, including the following, but not limited to;
- Conducting initial phone screens.
- Collecting compliance documents.
- Conducting reference checks.
- Scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
- Assist the Mobilisation team with any enquiries or small tasks required.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate and engage with new candidates and existing employees to assist with enquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and compliance.
About You
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- Experience in a fast-paced administrative role.
- Previous recruitment experience – desirable however not essential.
- A basic understanding of recruitment processes and procedures.
- A strong aptitude for compliance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships at all levels.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset with a desire to learn and grow within a supportive team.
- Proficiency in ATS systems and the Microsoft Office Suite – experience with ELMO is desirable.
