As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator join our People & Capability team. Reporting directly to our Recruitment Manager, you will support a broad range of Recruitment functions and play an important role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for HR who's looking to build on their experience in Recruitment and develop their career within a dynamic and fast-paced business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilise Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ELMO to monitor candidate shortlisting and progression.
  • Assist the Recruitment Team with the recruitment process, including the following, but not limited to;
  • Conducting initial phone screens.
  • Collecting compliance documents.
  • Conducting reference checks.
  • Scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
  • Assist the Mobilisation team with any enquiries or small tasks required.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate and engage with new candidates and existing employees to assist with enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and compliance.

About You

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • Experience in a fast-paced administrative role.
  • Previous recruitment experience – desirable however not essential.
  • A basic understanding of recruitment processes and procedures.
  • A strong aptitude for compliance.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships at all levels.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset with a desire to learn and grow within a supportive team.
  • Proficiency in ATS systems and the Microsoft Office Suite – experience with ELMO is desirable.
