We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Director (2IC) / Receptionist to join our Corrimal service. This is a varied role that combines leadership responsibilities with administrative and reception support.

About the role:Leadership / 2IC Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and direction to educators through collaboration
- Support educators to effectively implement the planning cycle and enhance practices and programs
- Lead, develop and implement effective educational programs within the service
- Ensure all learning is guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Encourage and demonstrate respectful communication and behaviours within the service
Reception / Administration Responsibilities
- General reception duties including answering phones and assisting with queries
- Filing, scanning, printing, collation and distribution of weekly materials
- Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Centre
- Management of office supplies and maintaining a tidy office space
- Providing lunch cover and occasional support on the floor to maintain ratio requirements
About you:
- ACECQA Approved Diploma or Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education
- Experience in a similar role advantageous
- Current Working with Children Check
- Outstanding level of verbal and written communication
- Strong Knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Strong computer skills
- Current approved First Aid Certificate
- Current approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
