**About the program**

Are you looking for a new opportunity within CatholicCare?

We are seeking an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to work with our Children Services team, providing support to the Directors across our Early Learning Centres.

Pay Scale $34.04 - $36.05ph 8 hours per week.
- Assisting Directors across these programs as needed;
- Liaising with services and families;
- Invoicing, accounts and related admin tasks;
- Reporting on assigned tasks
- As well as other administrative tasks as specified on attached Position Description

**About you**

To be considered for this role you will:

- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Demonstrate knowledge of office administration procedures and records management;
- Hold excellent organisation skills with a great ability to multi task;
Experience working within Children Services will be highly regarded but is not essential.
