Based at Purnell Land Rover

We are seeking a Warranty Administrator to join our Service team. This role is key in ensuring warranty processes run smoothly and efficiently, while delivering excellent support to both our customers and the team.

What you'll do:

  • Process and reconcile warranty claims accurately and on time
  • Manage warranty parts returns
  • Liaise with manufacturers to resolve warranty queries
  • Provide administrative support to the Service Department
  • Maintain accurate records and compliance with manufacturer requirements

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A genuine passion for the automotive industry
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
