THE ROLE
As a Quality Administrator you'll play a pivotal role in assisting with quality and improvement, as we strive to meet and exceed our participant and client's needs and ensure compliance with NDIS and Aged Care Standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with implementing and monitoring quality systems and processes to ensure compliance with NDIS and Aged-care standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with participants/clients, internal and external teams.
  • Assist with incident and complaints management.
  • Ensure documentation and reporting are aligned with NDIS and Aged-care standards.
  • Collecting and analysing data to identify areas for improvement in service delivery
  • Assist in developing compliance and continuous improvement frameworks across both NDIS and Aged Care teams
  • Assist Quality Manager with coordination of internal and external audits.
  • Administrative support for internal and external committees.

About You
Key attributes:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (or working towards)
  • Knowledge of NDIS and Aged Care quality standards (desirable)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • High level administrative and business management skills
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Excellent customer service
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
