Job description:

We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Officer to join the Finance Team in Perth In this role, you will be responsible for managing end to end Accounts Payable operations, including high volume processing, deadlines and reconciliations.

Your focus will include:

• Accounts payable data entry
• Accounts payable reconciliation
• Payment selection and EFT preparation
• Liaising with project staff regarding invoice approvals
• Liaising with suppliers regarding queries
• Distributing invoices for approval

What you will bring to the team:

• A positive attitude, exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
• Prior experience in an Accounts Payable role using a large ERP system (SAP Preferred).
• Ability to build rapport with internal staff and external suppliers.
• Advanced MS Office suite skill; proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
