About Us

Silk Hospitality is a leading provider of housekeeping services to luxury hotels across Australia. We take pride in delivering exceptional service, and we are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer to join our dynamic Finance Team. Based in Perth CBD Head Office, supporting a National organisation.

About the Role

You will play a key role in managing the full Accounts Receivable and Invoicing function, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and integrity across all financial processes.

Working closely with all functions of the business, you will help maintain seamless financial management, support cash flow, and uphold strong governance across our systems.

You will

  • Deliver end-to-end Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, debtor management, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and issue weekly client invoices in line with deadlines and billing guidelines.
  • Partner with Operations to verify invoicing details such as timesheets and service reports.
  • Maintain accurate data, ledgers, and financial records.
  • Support cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and process improvements.

  • Proven experience in Accounts Receivable within a large organisation.
  • Proficiency in Xero and strong Excel skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and technical accounting ability.

  • A proactive, curious attitude with a drive for continuous improvement.
